Palmetto Communications Solutions, PCS, is a unique education partnership that provides state-of-the-art distributive learning opportunities throughout South Carolina.

Developed by the S.C. Army National Guard in conjunction with a nationwide distance learning program offered by the National Guard Bureau, NGB, PCS gives businesses, non-profit organizations, state agencies, technical schools, colleges and universities the opportunity to offer distance learning programs for a targeted audience through a variety of methods. The methods include audio and video conferencing, video programming, Internet access, electronic mail and computer and Web-based learning. What does this service cost? The cost is comparable or less than what others charge. Government rates are available. PCS is a non-profit service. The goal of the program is to be self-supportive.
