Why distance learning? Why not? Distance learning provides organizations the opportunity to reach more people at one time - thus saving time and the cost of instructors and travel. Distance learning also provides the opportunity to network and link with programs throughout South Carolina and the world. Distance learning provides affordable, convenient learning and information-sharing opportunities. There is more good news … PCS has set up distance learning sites throughout the state. Sites have been strategically located at institutions of higher learning in the upstate, midlands, Pee Dee, and coastal areas of the state. Everyone shares and everyone wins.
