DESCRIPTION OF
DUTIES:
This position is located in ARNG Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO), Resource management Branch. The purpose of this position is to accomplish management and financial administration of programs under the control of the CFMO. Supervises the work of the function.
QUALIFICATIONS:
General: Experience, education, and/or training which provided the candidate with a general knowledge of the principles of organization, management, and administration. This experience must demonstrate skills such as analytical, research, writing and judgment.

Specialized

must possess thirty-six (36) month’s specialized experience in EACH of the following elements. Describe
how and where you gained the experience and list the “from” and “to” dates of

I. I. Responsible experience analyzing data, and drawing conclusions from varied and complex financial data.
II. Experience in any functional area of administration that relates to budgeting, accounting, auditing, and management analysis, etc., which provided an understanding of the needs of administering problems.
III. Experience which includes planning, organizing and coordinating related financial work in situations where numerous diverse demands were required.
IV. Responsible experience which included the responsibility for and the supervision and management of personnel.
SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Education in schools above the high school level may be substituted for experience on the basis of one academic year of study (i.e. 36 weeks of substantially full-time study or 30 semester hours, or the equivalent) for 12 months of the required experience.
Other Requirements: Skill in typing and using a word processor or personal computer is desired.
