Military Duty Management, Active Duty Guard (AGR)
AGR MANAGER: LTC Charles M. Harvey
Manages the State AGR Program; develops and implements recruitment-placement and
career management programs/policies; supervises processing of all AGR personnel
actions; supervises administrative procedures and policies on disciplinary actions;
oversees and/or provides information concerning support/benefit programs.

MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN

NCOIC Handle involuntary separations. Advise and assist AGR soldiers concerning
medical matters; coordinate all medical board actions. Process and advise AGR soldiers
concerning retirement. Responsible for fulltime issues relating to Air Guard AGRs.
SR PERSONNEL NCO: MSG Tammy F. Williamson
Responsible for the management and administration
of all army guard AGR policies and regulations. Also responsible for administering
the AGR Career Management Program and posting AGR job announcements. Manage/monitor
all AGR hires for the 218th Heavy Separate Bde and work with Technician side to
ensure full time manning does not exceed established authorizations. Serves as DEERS
Security Site Manager and ID Card issuing official. Maintain IMPAC card account
for HRO, serves as backup for AFCOS orders approval, and assist with managing the
AGR STPLs.

PERSONNEL NCO MSgt Mark A. Cronk
Manage and monitor the Army AGR travel budget for AGR TDY's. Approve requests for
Army AGR TDY orders. Assisting in managing medical/dental care. Researching/resolve
problems and brief individuals on options relating to medical/dental bills and coverage.
Manage/monitor AGR job fill for the 263 ADA Bde to include: announce positions/
screen applicants/ notification after selection board/ inprocess new hires/ process
lateral transfers, update PDSC. Work with the Technician side to insure full time
manning does not exceed authorized numbers. Announce Air AGR job vacancies, brief
new hires, notify individuals of selection board results, maintain AGR strength
accountability for Air Guard. Serves as backup for researching/resolving pay problems.

Leslie D. Harley
Responsible for all pay transactions to include processing accessions
and researching/resolving pay problems. Responsible for publishing orders, filing
incoming and outgoing transmittals. Processing leave documents, and typing memorandums.
In charge of all incoming and outgoing mail. Responsible for AGR tours continuation
and setting up AGR Continuation Boards.
