Billeting Policy

FOR ALL BNCOC, AND FSC STUDENTS
Effective 1 May 1999, all advanced course students are housed through the BEQ system and will be required to pay billeting costs in advance.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION.
First Sergeant Course students will be housed in double occupancy rooms at a daily rate of $11.00.
BNCOC students will be housed in quad occupancy rooms at a daily rate of $8.00.
Payment will be made to the Billeting Office on the day you report, for an amount equal to the rate times the projected length of the course.  For example, if you report for the FSC on Saturday, 8 May, you will graduate on 23 May, for a total of 15 nights.  When you draw your room on the report date, you will pay $165.00 ($11.00 x 15 = $165.00).

Payment will be in cash, or by MasterCard or VISA.  Personal or Government Issue VISA is acceptable.  No other brands of credit card are acceptable.  If you do not have a Bank of America Government Card (VISA), and desire one, contact your unit administrator to request one.  A GI VISA may be issued for a temporary period, if an indefinite period issue is not desired.  Make sure you follow the instructions to activate your card before you arrive!

If you report early, or leave late, you will pay for the additional days at the established rate.  If you leave the course early for any reason, the unused amount of your deposit will be refunded.
Your orders will continue to state “Government quarters available”.  You will need to submit a travel voucher (DD form 1351-2) on return to your unit to request reimbursement. You must keep your original receipt from the BEQ to turn in with your travel voucher!  Receipts will be furnished by the Billeting Office when you clear post.
