SCGuardFit Seminar

An opportunity offered to units within the SCNG that educates Guard Members in the areas of physical activity, proper nutrition, quality sleep, and the Workout of the Day (WOD). The seminars include completion of an SCGuardFit WOD (45 minutes), a short briefing (30 minutes), and the opportunity for Guard Members to meet one-on-one with a Master Fitness Trainer to develop an individualized nutrition and/or physical fitness plan.
