COLUMBIA, S.C.— U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Robert E. Livingston Jr., the Adjutant General for South Carolina, announces four key leadership changes in the South Carolina National Guard.
U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Scott Lambe, is assuming the position as the chief of staff for the S.C. Air National Guard.
U.S. Army Col. James R. Finley is announced as the new Director of the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO), taking over due to the retirement of Col. Chris Eaker. Finley previously served as the S.C. National Guard’ 12th Chief of Staff.
Col. Ronald Taylor will become the new Chief of Staff, having previously served as the Director of Human Resources Management.
Additionally, Command Sgt. Maj. Russell Vickery will become the state’s highest ranked enlisted Soldier as he becomes the new State Command Sergeant Major. Vickery previously served as the command sergeant major for the 678th Air Defense Artillery brigade and assumes the position due to the upcoming retirement of Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Brickley.
